      近年来,我国优秀稿源外流严重,中文科技期刊间稿源的竞争越来越激烈,优质稿源的竞争归根到底是优秀作者群的竞争。离开了作者提供的稿件,期刊就成了无源之水、无本之木。想留住优秀的作者就要常怀感恩之心,全方位为作者服务,优化出版服务能力,提高作者体验感。为此提出从以下途径提高作者体验感:优化投稿流程、提升投稿渠道、提高采编系统的稳定性与兼容性、加强移动终端采编平台建设、提高时效性、优化审稿流程、改善与作者沟通方式、增强编辑的服务意识、提高编辑业务能力、满足作者合理需求、与作者建立互相信任的关系、优化文章发表后的持续服务、重视作者反馈、对优秀稿件及作者的鼓励政策。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, we have seen a serious outflow of excellent manuscripts from China, and more fierce competition for these manuscripts among Chinese scientific and technological journals as well. In fact, the competition of excellent manuscripts is rather the competition of excellent authors, because no journals could survive without submissions from the authors. Therefore, we must try our best to constantly make our journal more attractive to the authors with our full gratitude, all-round services and optimized the publishing services to improve the experiences of authors. And here are some suggestions, such as optimizing the procedures of submission, upgrading the submission system and making them more user-friendly, more stable and compatible, strengthening the construction of collection and editing platform on mobile terminal, improving the effectiveness, shortening the publishing time, optimizing the peer review process, selecting a better way to communicate with the authors, raising editors’awareness of services, improving editors’ professional capability, meeting reasonable demands from the authors, building a mutual trust relationship with the authors, enriching continuous services after publication, attaching importance to authors’ feedback, and developing encouraging and rewarding policies for excellent manuscripts and authors.
