| 本文从作者自引和期刊自引、利益相关者之间互引、依靠学术职权或地位强求他人引用等方面阐述了与追名逐利相关的论文引用失范的主要表现形式,并分析了缘于名利驱动的引用失范的原因,进而从淡化引用指标在研究评价和期刊评价中的作用、加强宣传引导以提高论文作者规范引用的意识、建立并严格执行引用不端行为的惩处机制等方面提出了论文引用失范行为防范建议和对策。 |

| Based on self-citations of authors and journals, mutual citations among stakeholders such as authors and journals, and induced or forced citations by reviewers or supervisors relying on academic authority or position, we discussed three kinds of inappropriate and irregular citations of academic papers in pursuit of fame and fortune. We also analyzed the external causes and internal motivations of these academic misconducts, and then put forward suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of weakening the role of citation indicators in both research and journal evaluation, strengthening publicity and guidance to improve authors’ awareness of standardized citation, and establishing the punishment mechanism for mis-citation. |
