| 探讨医学期刊文章转载带来的相关问题。结合工作实际,讨论医学期刊文章在被其他期刊、报纸、图书、网络平台转载中出现的问题。期刊文章转载会对首发期刊在下载、被引方面带来不利影响。转载中存在未获得再次发表或网络传播权的情况。文章的首发期刊在出版过程中付出了大量智力劳动,在数字化平台和传播渠道越来越能够全域覆盖的情况下,不建议同一文种同领域期刊间的转载。应加强网络平台使用文献资源的规范化治理,加强版权资产管理与运维和版权保护。 |

| The purpose of this study is to discuss the related issues of article reprinting in medical journals. Combined with the actual work, this paper discusses the situation of medical journal papers being reprinted by other journals, newspapers, books and network platforms. The reprinting of journal articles will adversely affect the download and citation of the first-published journals. In the reprint, there are cases where the right to republish or network communication has not been obtained. The first-published journal of the paper has spent a lot of intellectual labor in the publication process. Under the circumstance that digital platforms and communication channels are more and more able to cover the whole area, it is not recommended to reprint between journals of the same language and the same field. It is important to strengthen the standardized governance of the use of literature resources on the network platform, the management, operation and maintenance of copyright assets, and copyright protection. |
