| 为了促进我国医学期刊编辑、作者及审稿专家对图表著作权问题的重视,通过调查医学期刊对论文中图表的合理使用和授权许可使用规定的现状,发现医学期刊存在对图表的著作权意识较薄弱,稿约和著作权协议中相关规定和要求表述不完善及不规范等现象。提出了医学期刊出版单位应提倡和尊重图表原创性,要求作者使用他人已发表的图表必须获得著作权许可,明确图表二次使用的合法使用范围,从而提高著作权意识,促进期刊论文图表的著作权保护。 |

| The purpose of this paper is to attract the attention of editors, authors and review experts of medical journals in China to the issue of chart copyrights. This study investigates the current situation of the regulations on the fair use and permissions of copyright of charts in papers of medical journals and finds that medical journals have weak awareness of the chart copyrights, and the relevant regulations and requirements in manuscript contracts and copyright agreements are not well formulated and not standardized. It is proposed that medical journal publishers should advocate and respect the originality of charts, require authors to obtain copyright permission to use the published charts from other authors, clarify the scope of legal use for secondary use of charts, raise the awareness of copyright, and promote the copyright protection of charts in journal papers. |
