      “审稿人疲劳”现象的出现导致科技期刊稿件的审理周期延长,所需审稿人的数量增加,是编辑在工作中不得不面临的一大挑战。本文总结了审稿人审稿意愿减退的3大常见主观原因:时间压力大、审稿任务重和稿件质量不匹配,并根据自身工作经验梳理出提升审稿人审稿意愿的4个策略和实施的新办法:提高稿件初筛标准、选择与期刊层次相匹配的青年审稿人、及时反馈稿件终审结果以及制定有吸引力的激励措施。上述策略的实施可有效提高审稿人的黏性和服务意愿,确保期刊的可持续性和良性发展。
英文摘要:
      The “reviewer fatigue” leads to a prolonged handling process of manuscripts in sci-tech journals and increases the required number of reviewers, which is a great challenge faced by many editors. Herein, three common subjective reasons for decreased willingness to review manuscripts in many reviewers, such as very tight schedule, heavy burden on reviewing task and mismatched manuscript quality are summarized. What’s more, four strategies and specific measures to increase reviewers’ willingness are proposed based on our own experience, including higher standards at the first review by editors, selecting appropriate young reviewers that match the journal level, providing final results of the manuscripts to reviewers timely, and formulating attractive incentive measures. The implementation of the above strategies can effectively improve the reviewer’s stickiness and willingness to work for the journal and ensure the sustainable development.
