| 人才培养是高校学科建设的中心和基础性工作,参与构建全方位人才培养体系是高校科技期刊服务主办高校学科建设、助推高等教育事业发展的应有作为。依靠国家利好的期刊政策和高校良好的学科支撑,高校科技期刊具备了高质量服务学校人才培养体系的客观条件。本文从学术报告分享、学术素养训练、课程实践锻炼等培养模式出发,对办刊实践和编辑技能中有助于人才培养的相关工作及实施策略进行了初步探索,展示了期刊在主办高校人才培养工作中担当的角色和作用。本文还论述了人才培养工作对期刊发展的有益作用,指出学生在得到科研能力锻炼的同时为期刊各项工作增添了新的活力,他们的成长也为期刊发展创造了良好机遇。 |

| Talent training represents the core and fundamental work of disciplinary construction in colleges and universities and is also a responsibility for STM journals to actively participate in to help the host universities to achieve better academic performance and promote the development of higher-education industry. University host academic journals meet the requirement of high quality talent training system assisted by favorable policy of our country and academic support. This paper integrates various elements that can improve students’ comprehensive academic ability in journals, preliminarily explores the details in talent training related to journals, such as academic achievements sharing, academic professionalism cultivation, academic social exercise, and explains the specific role of journals in the talent training of host universities. In addition, it discusses the promoting effect of talent training on the development of journals, and points out that students have brought new vitality and created great opportunities for journals during their training process. |
