| 建设高品质学术期刊是科技界和期刊界义不容辞的责任，高品质的学术期刊对于提升国家科技竞争力和文化软实力，构筑中国精神、中国价值、中国力量具有重要作用。医学电子学术期刊作为我国医学期刊的重要组成部分之一，为我国的医药学术交流起到举足轻重的作用。《中华重症医学电子杂志》创刊之初立足学科建设需要，办刊过程中协同学科发展，发挥学术媒体的社会责任与担当，发挥多媒体技术支撑作用，丰富优质内容展现形式，同时传承期刊办刊理念，夯实内容建设基础，经过8年的实践探索，取得了优异成绩。本文总结《中华重症医学电子杂志》的办刊经验，以期为我国创办高品质学术电子期刊提供借鉴与思考。 |

| The construction of high-quality science and technology journals is the obliged duty of the scientific and technological community and the journal industry. High-quality journals play an important role in enhancing national scientific and technological competitiveness and cultural soft power, and in constructing the Chinese spirit, Chinese values, and Chinese power. As one of the important components of China's medical journals, medical electronic academic journals play a pivotal role in the academic exchange of medicine in China. The Chinese Journal of Critical Care & Intensive Care Medicine (Electronic Edition) has achieved excellent results from several aspects, including building on the needs of discipline construction at the beginning of the journal, cooperating with the development of disciplines in the process of running the journal, playing the social responsibility and role of academic media, playing the role of multimedia technology support, enriching the form of quality content presentation, inheriting the concept of running the journal, and strengthening the foundation of content construction. After 8 years of practical exploration, the journal has obtained outstanding achievements. This paper summarizes the practice of the Chinese Journal of Critical Care & Intensive Care Medicine (Electronic Edition), with a view to providing reference and consideration for the establishment of high-quality academic electronic journals in China. |
