| 针对颜宁在微博上对学术期刊出版的质疑,分析了主推SCI英文期刊的国际出版集团办刊模式暴露的问题,并结合中国科技期刊在科研评价制度和办刊路径受到西方较大影响的现状,提出了“颜宁之问“对中国科技期刊建设的启示：科研评价中切实破除唯SCI、唯论文,避免以刊评文；科技期刊评价摆脱SCI主导；抓好论文编修,切实服务科研人员；发挥社会主义国家优势,统筹规划,促进各层次科技期刊的整体发展,防止市场化条件下科技期刊的过度商业化,创建普惠的学术交流平台,走出中国特色的科技期刊发展道路。 |

| In view of YAN Ning"s question of academic journals on his microblog, this study analyzed the problems exposed by the publishing mode of international publishing groups that mainly promote SCI English journals, and proposed the enlightenment of "YAN Ning"s question" to the construction of Chinese scientific journals based on the current situation that the scientific research evaluation system and publishing path of Chinese scientific journals were greatly influenced by the West. In scientific research evaluation, we should eliminate the SCI-centric and paper-centric approach and avoid evaluating papers by journals. The evaluation of scientific journals should break away from the dominance of SCI. Editors should pay special attention to the thesis editing and effectively serve researchers. We should give full play to the advantages of socialist country, make overall planning, promote the overall development of scientific journals at all levels, prevent the excessive commercialization under the condition of marketization, construct an academic exchange platform that benefits all, and step out of the development road of scientific journals with Chinese characteristics. |
