| 近些年,在国家促进科技期刊发展的政策和措施支持下,我国科技期刊发展取得了长足的进步,但是仍不能满足中国经济和科技发展的需求,亟需提高发展质量。中国科技期刊高质量发展需要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论为指导,即必须坚持人民至上、坚持自信自立、坚持守正创新、坚持问题导向、坚持系统观点、坚持胸怀天下。通过加快期刊各项能力建设,走出一条有中国特色的科技期刊发展之路。 |

| In recent years, with the support of the national policies and measures to promote the development of sci-tech journals, we had seen remarkable progress in this field in China. However, what we have achieved still cannot meet the needs of China’s economic and technological development, and it is urgent to improve the quality. The high-quality development of China’s sci-tech journals needs to be guided by the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, which means we must put the people first, stay confident and be self-independence, uphold fundamental principles and break new ground, be problem-orientated, stick to the systematic view, and maintain a global vision. By accelerating the construction of various capabilities of journals, we will find the way to develop sci-tech journals with Chinese characteristics. |
