| 生物医学论文在科技论文中占比居首,论文初审阶段是防范学术不端行为的第一道关口。然而,初审编辑因年资较低,实际工作中缺乏系统性、指导性、实用性的防范方法。本文详细介绍了“三核七查”法在生物医学论文初审阶段学术不端行为防范中的应用:“三核”是指核对标注基金与论文内容是否紧密相关、核对伦理审核是否真实进行、核对研究是否真实开展；“七查”是指审查论文中英文题名、文字复制比、一稿多投、IP地址、作者邮箱和电话、图片、稿费支付人。该方法对编辑个人经验要求不高,便于掌握,有助于增强生物医学论文初审阶段编辑防范学术不端行为的能力。 |

| Biomedical papers account for the largest proportion of scientific and technological papers. The preliminary review stage is the first barrier against academic misconduct. However, due to the low seniority of the preliminary editors, there is a lack of systematic, instructive and practical prevention methods in actual work. This paper details the application of “Three Checks Seven Pairs” method in the prevention of academic misconduct in the preliminary examination stage of biomedical papers.“Three checks” refer to checking whether the labeling fund is closely related to the content of the paper, whether the ethical review is real, and whether the research is really carried out.“Seven checks” refer to examining the title in both English and Chinese, text copy ratio, one draft and multiple submissions, IP address, author email and phone, pictures, and payer of the contribution fee. This method does not require much personal experience of editors, easily to master,and helps to enhance the ability of editors to prevent academic misconduct in the preliminary examination stage. |
