| Editorial talent is the important support for the high quality development of scientific journals. This paper discussed the essential attributes of editors in the new era, analyzed the problems existing in the work mode and role orientation of scientific journals, put forward some suggestions, which provides theoretical support for building a high level, high quality and professional scientific journal editorial team. |
