| 建设世界一流科技期刊,既是当前我国期刊发展的重要任务,也是民族复兴的必然要求。当前中国期刊目标是做大做强,由此掀起了国内创办期刊的热潮,而优质稿件是期刊能否走向世界一流的关键因素。基于此,分析学术期刊普遍存在的优质稿件不足的原因,结合《智能化农业装备学报》(中英文)的办刊实践,梳理了依托主管主办单位的行业影响力、编委会的学术影响力、策划热点专刊吸引稿件等组稿模式,最后总结了未来还需加强与国外出版集团、国际学者的交流与合作,拓宽新媒体的应用等思路。本研究以期为新创办学术期刊同行提供思路,共同做好我国的期刊事业。 |

| To build a world-class sci-tech journal is not only an important task for the development of journals in China, but also an inevitable requirement for national rejuvenation. At present, the goal of Chinese journals is to be stronger, resulting an upsurge in the establishment of domestic journals. High quality manuscript is the key for journals to become the world-class ones. Therefore, this paper analyzed the reasons leading to the shortage of high-quality manuscripts among academic journals, and summarized several ways to attract high quality manuscripts based on the experience of Journal of Intelligent Agricultural Mechanization, such as taking the advantage of the influence of the competent sponsor and editorial board, and planning hot topics to attract manuscripts. Furthermore, strengthening exchanges and cooperation with foreign publishing groups and international scholars, and expanding the application of new media would be the way out in the future. The purpose of this study is to provide ideas for the newly established academic journals and jointly contribute to Chinese journal industry. |
