| 新媒体出版是科技期刊拓宽传播渠道、提升国内外影响力的重要途径。新媒体技术的广泛应用为科技期刊的发展提供了机遇,但也给学术期刊的生产、传播带来一系列伦理问题。本文通过分析新媒体时代科技期刊在实际工作流程中遇到的主要伦理学风险,如论文生产中弄虚作假、AI技术滥用、盲目追求热点损害论文科学性,甚至产生著作权纠纷、信息泄露等,提出相应的对策:制定严格的出版和传播流程,加强对刊发内容的管理、利用新媒体技术“反制”学术不端、制定信息保密制度、加强网络舆情监测、建设新媒体人才队伍等。期望通过提出相应的建议,强化科技期刊办刊人员风险意识,完善规章制度,为防范和解决上述风险提供参考。 |

| New media publishing is an important way for sci-tech periodicals to broaden their dissemination channels and enhance their influence. The wide application of new media technology provides opportunities for the development of scientific journals, but also brings a series of ethical issues to the production and dissemination of academic journals. This paper analyzes the main ethical risks encountered by scientific journals in the new media era, such as fraud in paper production, AI technology abuse, blind pursuit of hot spots that damage the scientific nature of papers, and even copyright disputes and information leakage. Based on these issues, this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:establishing strict publishing and dissemination procedure, and strengthening management of published content; utilizing new media technology to “counter” academic misconduct; formulating information confidentiality system; improving the monitoring of online public opinion; building a team of talented new media professionals. Above all, concrete proposals have been proposed to enhance the risk awareness of journal staff, improve regulation, and provide references for preventing and resolving these risks. |
