      开展科技期刊专题出版全过程调控能显著提高科技期刊影响力,大数据环境为此创造了良好的条件。以《电力自动化设备》近几年出版的2期专刊为切入点,对其投稿数量的时序特性、稿件类型和作者机构、专刊受关注度和影响力进行分析,并分析2期专刊影响力存在差异的原因。进一步地,为兼顾专题出版的“质”和“量”,系统地总结了大数据环境下科技期刊专题出版全过程调控策略,以期为期刊同人组织专题出版提供参考。最后,结合工作实践,对大数据环境下数据库、期刊、编辑的转型提出了几点设想。
英文摘要:
      Conducting whole-process regulation and control on the special issue publication of scientific journals can significantly enhance their influences, and the big data environment has created favorable conditions for realizing this aim. Taking the two recent special issues published by Electric Power Automation Equipment as examples, this study analyzes the temporal characteristics of submission quantity, types of manuscripts, author affiliations, and influences of the special issues, and investigates the reasons for the differences in their influences. Furthermore, to balance the “quality” and “quantity” of special issues, the regulation and control strategies for the whole-process of special issue publications on scientific journals under the big data environment are systematically summarized, aiming to provide reference for journal editors to carry out special issue publications. Finally, in combination with practical work experience, several suggestions are provided for the transformation of databases, journals, and editors under the big data environment.
