| The construction of editorial board is an important guarantee to improve academic quality and influence of scientific journals, fully leveraging the vole of the editorial board can effectively enhance the reputation of the journal in the disciplinary field. This paper introduces the construction of Chinese Laser Press’s Chinese scientific journals in detail, including the construction strategy, operation mode, etc., which is an efficient path for the development of the journals.As the core resource of the journal, the editorial board member is an important support for the brand of the journal.As an effective supplement to the editorial team, the young editorial board member has injected vitality into the long-term development of the journal.This paper analyzes and summarizes the construction experience of editorial boards of Chinese Laser Press’s Chinese scientific journals,aiming to provide ideas for domestic scientific journals who are interested in building up journal’s editorial board. |
