| 以期刊集约化为背景,以西安交通大学期刊中心为例,提出期刊编辑部“3级五维”文化建设路径(三级指“编辑部—专业版块—集约化中心”,五维指“赛—培—研—交—读”),即:编辑部、专业版块和集约化中心3级层面通过举办比赛、培训、学术研究、交流会、读书月等活动,立足于期刊集约化,以编辑个人和期刊编辑部为主体,通过提升编辑综合素养,促进编辑部文化建设,从而实现期刊的有效发展。 |

| Taking the Journal Center of Xi’an Jiaotong University as an example, we propose a “three levels and five dimensions” path for cultural construction in journal editorial department at the background of intesification. The “three levels” refers to “Editorial department-Professional section-Intensive center”, and the “five dimensions” refers to “Competition-Training-Research-Communication-Reading”. Measures such as organizing competitions, training, academic research, symposiums, and “reading month” at the three levels of editorial department, professional section, and intensive center are recommended. Based on the intensified development of journals, with individual editors and the editorial department as the center, we aim to promote cultural construction of the editorial department by improving the comprehensive literacy of editors, thereby achieving the effective development of journals. |
