| 自2019年《关于进一步弘扬科学家精神加强作风和学风建设的意见》发布以来,科学家精神已经逐步成为当下社会主义时代精神的重要组成部分,弘扬科学家精神受到党和国家高度重视。通过回溯历史和比较分析以及着重梳理期刊弘扬科学家精神的发展演变,本文提出中国科技期刊是弘扬科学家精神的重要阵地。在此基础上,结合分析总结新时代新要求下科技期刊所面临的问题与挑战,提出了中国科技期刊进一步弘扬科学家精神所亟需的理念提升与转变,并给出了贯彻这些理念所需要的具体措施。 |

| Since the release of the Opinions on Further Promoting the Spirit of Scientist and Strengthening the Work and Academic Styles by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council in 2019, the spirit of scientists has gradually become an integral part of the socialist spirit of this era and promoting the spirit of scientists has received high attention from both the Party and the state. Through historical review and comparative analysis, particularly the evolving role played by journals in the promotion of spirit of scientist, this paper proposed that Chinese scientific and technological journals are an important venue for promoting the spirit of scientists. On this basis and in view of the problems and challenges faced by scientific and technological journals in the new era and under the new requirements, this paper further proposed the conceptual upgrades and mindset shifts that Chinese scientific and technological journals must make now to further promote the spirit of scientists, and introduces the specific measures needed to implement these concepts. |
