| 专题策划是科技期刊发挥主观能动性、进行创造性劳动的重要体现。农林科技期刊根植于我国农林科技发展与国家农林战略需求,开展专题出版可以引导学者“把论文写在祖国的大地上”。本文调查了37种农林精品科技期刊和20种中国农林核心期刊中的英文期刊2019—2022年专题出版情况,结果表明44种期刊发布过专题征稿信息,学术组织策划意识较强；但常规选题的专题征稿最多,前沿专题征稿次之,而围绕国家重点工作和重大事件的专题征稿偏少。我们认为,对科技期刊而言,需进一步关注国家重点工作,追踪国家重大事件,提高这2种类型的组稿频次与组稿比率。据此,提出要关注前沿热点,聚焦重大战略,结合重点工作,关联重大事件,参与重大活动,重要时间节点加强策划的专题策划方法,为提高我国农林科技期刊专题出版能力提供参考。 |

| Special topic planning is an important embodiment of scientific and technological journals to exert subjective initiative and carrying out creative work.Agricultural and forestry science and technology journals are rooted in the development of agricultural and forestry science and technology in China and the demands of national agriculture and forestry strategy.Conducting thematic publications can guide scholars to “writing papers on the land of our country”. A survey was conducted on special topics of English journals from 2019-2022 among 37 high-quality agricultural and forestry science and technology journals and 20 agricultural and forestry journals in English sponsored by China. The results showed that 44 journals had published special solicit information,which meant that the editorial office had paid much attention on academic organization and planning.However, most were common topics,followed by cutting-edge topics,and those topics about national key projects and major events were less.Therefore, for science and technology journals,attaching more attention to national key projects, and tracking national major events are important, and it is necessary to increase the frequency and ratio of these two types of organizing contributons. Based on the above information,the paper put forward several special planning methods, such as focusing on frontier hot spots,focusing on major strategies,combining key project,linking major events,participating in major activities, stressing on important events, etal., in order to provide reference for improving the special topics publishing ability of agricultural and forestry science and technology journals in China. |
