| 在世界一流期刊建设和一流军事人才培养背景下,本研究探讨学术编辑人才对军队院校科技期刊建设的重要意义,提出学术编辑作为“学术小导师”协同培养军校学员的模式。基于文献调研和实例分析,从人才引进与培养2个方面为建设学术编辑人才队伍提供思路与策略:构建以期刊为核心的学术共同体,建立学科人才共享机制,优化人才引进措施,培养编辑的学术能力,提升编辑专业技能,培养学术编辑必备的意识与精神,采取激励机制。学术编辑人才是出版行业的核心竞争力和培养军队学科人才的骨干力量。建设学术编辑人才队伍,进而以“学术小导师”的形式参与军校学员的培养,以期为强军人才的培养提供实践参考。 |

| Under the background of building world-class scientific journals and the training of first-class military talents,this research explored the significance of academic editors for the construction of university scientific journals of military academies and proposed the co-cultivation model for cadets with academic editors as “academic assistant tutors”. The ideas and strategies for the talent team construction of academic editors are carried out from two aspects including talent introduction and cultivation based on the method of literature research and case analysis:building an academic community with journals as the core,establishing sharing mechanism of discipline talent,optimizing measures of talent introduction,cultivating the academic ability of editors,improving the professional skills of editors,training the awareness and spirit,and adopting incentive mechanism.Academic editorial talents are the core competitiveness of publishing industry and the backbone force of training military discipline talents. The talent team of academic editors is constructed and then participates in the cultivation of cadets as “academic assistant tutors”, in order to provide practical reference for military talent cultivation. |
