      本研究基于“精益价值树”重构科技期刊融媒体知识服务建设流程。通过问卷调查法深入研究了84位中国科技期刊编辑和151位科技期刊用户对科技期刊融媒体知识服务的选择偏好。调查覆盖了目标服务场景、服务类型、服务内容、传播渠道等方面。问卷调查结果显示,受到办刊人数、技术转化、运营经费等不利因素的制约,样本期刊编辑和期刊用户在知识服务内容、模式及推广渠道上存在一定程度的差异。为了全面提升科技期刊融媒体知识服务能力,在综合考虑建设成本和方案可执行性的基础上,建议从传播内容层面和功能技术两个层面进行提升和优化。具体的改进措施包括:强化专栏的精准推送、深度加工信息资源、聚焦学科前沿热点、强化科普创作传播、优化平台传播架构、创新渠道传播形式以及深入开展用户需求分析等手段全面提升科技期刊的融媒体知识服务能力。通过在中国科学院西北生态环境资源研究院期刊集群开展的相关实践表明,“精益价值树”在帮助期刊编辑提升融媒体服务能力方面能够发挥积极的作用。未来,需要通过更多实证研究验证“精益价值树”在不同学科科技期刊融媒体知识服务建设中的普遍适用性,同时,将“精益价值树”与人工智能技术相结合,将进一步助力科技期刊编辑挖掘科技期刊的融媒体知识服务的潜能、提升知识服务效能。

      Based on the theoretical framework of the "Lean Value Tree," this study seeks to systematically reconfigure the procedural aspects of constructing media convergence knowledge services within sci-tech journals. A comprehensive survey involving 84 Chinese sci-tech journal editors and 151 journal users was undertaken to scrutinize their preferences across service scenarios, types, content, and communication channels. The survey outcomes underscore that challenges such as staffing constraints, limitations in technology adoption, and insufficient operational funds have engendered discernible variations among surveyed journal editors and users in relation to knowledge service content, modes, and promotional channels. To holistically elevate the capabilities of media convergence knowledge services within sci-tech journals, it is advised to strategically focus on both content dissemination and functional technology. Specific enhancement strategies encompass the reinforcement of precision in column delivery, the meticulous processing of information resources, the accentuation of cutting-edge topics, the fortification of popular science communication, the optimization of platform communication architecture, the innovation of channel communication formats, and the execution of exhaustive user demand analysis. Empirical applications within the journal cluster of the Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources, Chinese Academy of Sciences, attest to the constructive role played by the "Lean Value Tree" framework in aiding journal editors in the continual refinement and augmentation of media convergence service capabilities. Future research endeavors should be directed towards substantiating the widespread applicability of the "Lean Value Tree" in the context of media convergence knowledge service development across diverse disciplines. Furthermore, the integration of the "Lean Value Tree" with artificial intelligence technologies is anticipated to further facilitate sci-tech journal editors in elucidating the latent potential of media convergence knowledge services and enhancing the efficacy of knowledge services.
