| 培育一支有理想、业务强、能做事的多元化青年科技期刊编辑队伍是实现中国科技期刊高质量发展,建成中国世界一流科技期刊方针宏伟目标的重要保障。上海市科技期刊学会青年工作委员会通过举办学术沙龙、创新论坛,设立科研项目、人才奖项、风采展示等活动,形成了“五位一体”闭环式科技期刊青年编辑培养计划,并打造了“海上青编”形象品牌,建立了“海上青编”人才库,提升了青年编辑的荣誉感和获得感,挖掘和培育了一批优秀的青年编辑成为编辑骨干,为上海市科技期刊繁荣发展提供人才储备与支撑。 |

| Cultivating and stabilizing a diversified youth editor team filling with ideals, skills, competent for STM periodicals is very important for high-quality development of STM periodicals, and achieving the goal of world-class STM periodicals in China. Through organizing academic salons, holding innovation forums, establishing scientific research projects, setting up talent awards, and providing a platform for displaying talent and charm, etc., the Youth Working Committee of Shanghai Society for Scientific and Technical Periodicals has formed a "five-in-one" closed-loop training plan for young editors of STM periodicals, and formed the brand of "Shanghai Young Editors", and established a talent database of "Shanghai Young Editors", which enhances the sense of honor and fulfillment of young STM editors, and explores and cultivates a number of excellent young editors, providing talent support for the prosperous development of STM periodicals in Shanghai. |
