| 农业学术期刊不仅是传播农业科学技术和成果的重要载体,还肩负着学术引领和把关示范的重要职责。科技伦理审查是农业学术期刊出版中必不可少的环节,也是期刊高质量发展的重要保障。本文调研了我国农业学术期刊的科技伦理审查现状,包括期刊稿约声明、伦理审查范围和实践力度等。指出当前农业期刊的科技伦理审查实践与建设正处于起步阶段,缺乏统一的指导性文件和实施指南,存在着科技伦理审查实践参与度低,审查覆盖面不全、不够细致深入等问题。对此,建议农业期刊强化相关人员的伦理审查意识和能力,借鉴国内外伦理审查经验,完善伦理审查各环节,如在稿约中明确科技伦理审查要求等。同时呼吁相关部门尽快达成审查共识,形成行业规范,引导有序审查。 |

| Agricultural academic journals are not only important carriers for the dissemination of agricultural science and technology and its achievements, but also shoulder the crucial responsibilities for academic guidance and demonstration. Scientific and technological ethics review is essential during the publication of agricultural academic journals and is also an important guarantee for their high-quality development. This article investigates the current status of scientific and technological ethics review of Chinese agricultural academic journals, including the journal’s statement of instruction for authors, the scope of ethical review, and the intensity of practice. It points out that the practice of scientific and technological ethics review in agricultural academic journals is in its infancy at present, and there is a lack of unified guiding documents and implementation guidelines. It also exists issues such as low participation in ethical review practices, incomplete coverage of reviews, and insufficient depth and thoroughness. Therefore, it is recommended that agricultural journals strengthen the awareness and capabilities of relevant personnel in ethical review, draw on experiences from both domestic and international ethical reviews, and improve all aspects of ethical review, such as explicitly stating requirements for scientific and technological ethics review in the manuscript submission guidelines. At the same time, we call on relevant departments to reach a consensus on the review as soon as possible, form industry norms to guide the orderly review. |
