| 近些年国家层面出台了一系列政策,明确了学术期刊引领学术的使命,同时也指明了学术期刊高质量发展的路径,但仍有大量普通科技期刊(简称普通期刊)还把自己定位在旁观者的角色。一流期刊建设背景下,普通期刊尽管面临一些实际困难,但仍应寻找突破口,摸索引领学术的办法。普通期刊可以在传统优势学科；新兴交叉学科；指南、共识、建议及其解读；差异化引领方向着力发挥引领作用。普通期刊引领学术的策略包括：提升编辑的学术引领能力；发挥学术共同体的作用；重视科企合作；重视传播力建设等。 |

| In recent years, a series of policies have been issued at the national level to clarify the mission of leading of academic journals, and at the same time point out the path of high-quality development of academic journals, but there are still a large number of general sci-tech journals (general periodicals) also positioned themselves as bystanders. Under the background of the construction of the first-class periodicals, the general periodicals, although facing some practical difficulties, should still remove obstacles and find ways to lead the academic. General periodicals can play a leading role in traditional disciplines, emerging cross-disciplines, guidelines, consensus, suggestions and its interpretation, and differentiation leading direction. The strategies of leading academic journals include: enhancing the editors' academic knowledge, playing the role of academic community, attaching importance to the cooperation between science and enterprise, and attaching importance to the construction of communication ability,etc. |
