      为促进科技期刊防泄密工作智能化发展,从“出版模式加剧泄密风险、人工智能提取信息高效、信息融合泄密隐患加剧”三方面分析了当前科技期刊防泄密工作面临的困境;进一步理清了保密审查中“作者、作者单位、出版单位”三方关系和责任;从“健全基础数据、丰富典型案例、迭代智能算法”三方面提出了智能化科技期刊防泄密系统建设思路;提出了“靠前审查、编辑主导、辨密消密、居安思危”运用对策。

      In order to promote the intelligent development of the work of preventing leaks of sci-tech periodicals, this paper analyzes the difficult position of the leak prevention of sci-tech periodicals from the aspects of publishing mode aggravating the leak risk, artificial intelligence extracting information efficiently, information fusion leaking hidden danger aggravating It further clarifies the trilateral relationship and responsibility of“Author, author unit and publishing unit” in the confidential examination This paper puts forward the idea of building an intelligent anti-leakage system for sci-tech periodicals from three aspects of“Perfecting basic data, enriching typical cases and iterative intelligent algorithm” It puts forward the countermeasures of“Censoring in advance, leading by editors, knowing secret and disclosing secrets, thinking of danger in peace”.
