| 人工智能已深度嵌入媒体传播领域,算法和推送技术的迅猛发展与普及已对科技期刊的传播方式与阅读习惯产生了深远影响,进而促使期刊实现高质量发展并孕育新质传播力。本文紧扣人工智能时代科技期刊高质量发展的核心议题,深入探讨科技期刊在人工智能时代背景下亟待增强新质传播力的动因,剖析制约科技期刊新质传播力形成的因素。为突破当前面临的瓶颈,提出一系列策略,包括以数据为主体的生产要素创新性配置、以二次合作为标志的产业深度转型升级、以增强传播主动性为特征的技术革命性突破、以跨媒体融合与多元化传播为方式的全要素生产力大幅提升,旨在探索人工智能时代科技期刊塑造新质传播力对策,促进科技期刊高质量发展。 |

| In light of the deeply embedded artificial intelligence (AI) into the field of media communication, the rapid development and prevailing of algorithms and push technologies have profoundly impacted the dissemination mode and reading habits of sci-tech journals, which had led to high-quality development and fostered new quality ublicizability. This paper focuses on the core issue of high-quality development of sci-tech journals in the era of AI and delves into the reasons why enhancing new quality publicizability is urgently required. Additionally, it analyzes the factors that constrain the formation of new quality publicizability. To break through the current bottlenecks, a series of strategies are proposed, including innovative allocation of data-centric production elements, deep transformation and upgrading of industries indicated by secondary cooperation, revolutionary breakthroughs in technology featured by enhanced publicity initiative, and a tremendous boost in total factor productivity through cross-media integration and diversified communication, aiming to help sci-tech journals nurture new quality publicizability in the AI era, and providing useful information and insights for their high-quality development. |
