      为促进科技期刊防泄密工作智能化发展,从出版模式加剧泄密风险、人工智能高效提取泄密信息、信息融合加剧泄密隐患3方面分析了当前科技期刊防泄密工作面临的困境;进一步理清了保密审查中“作者、作者单位、出版单位”三方关系和责任;从“健全基础数据、丰富典型案例、迭代智能算法”3方面提出了智能化科技期刊防泄密系统建设思路;提出了“靠前审查、编辑主导、辨密消密、居安思危”运用对策。
英文摘要:
      In order to promote the intelligent development of the work of preventing leaks of scientific and technological journals, this paper analyzes the difficulties of the leak prevention of scientific and technological journals from the aspects of publishing mode aggravating the leak risk, artificial intelligence extracting information efficiently, information fusion leaking hidden danger aggravating. It further clarifies the trilateral relationship and responsibility of“Author, author unit and publishing unit” in the confidential examination. This paper puts forward the idea of building an intelligent anti-leak system for scientific and technological journals from three aspects of “perfecting basic data, enriching typical cases and iterative intelligent algorithm”. It puts forward the countermeasures of “censoring in advance, leading by editors, knowing and disclosing secrets, and thinking of danger in peace”.
