| 基于国家卫生健康委员会通报的科研不端案例,本文对比分析了案例撤稿声明中撤稿原因描述内容的真实可靠性。结果表明,仅有约22.42%的撤稿声明对比结果完全一致,约60.54%对比结果完全不一致,其中撤稿原因描述失真、作者自我美化情况较为严重。在此基础上,进一步分析描述失真的可能原因,并针对性提出相关治理措施,建议撰写内容清晰、语言明确的撤稿原因,制定并完善结构化撤稿声明范本,将撤稿工作纳入期刊出版运营的重要环节,重点关注异常的主动的撤稿论文,并在撤稿论文研究中慎重对待撤稿声明中的撤稿原因表述。 |

| Based on the cases of misconduct in scientific research reported by the National Health Commission, this paper compares and analyzes the authenticity and reliability of the reasons for the retraction in the corresponding retraction statements of the cases. The study found that only about 22.42% of the retraction statements were completely consistent, and about 60.54% were completely inconsistent, in which the description of the retraction reasons was distorted and the author’s self-beautification was more serious. Based on this, this paper further analyzes the possible causes of the distortion of the reasons for retracting manuscripts, and puts forward relevant governance measures. It is suggested to write the reasons for retracting manuscripts with clear content and language, formulate and improve the model of structured retraction statement, incorporate the retraction work into the important link of journal publishing and operation, focus on the abnormal active retraction papers, and carefully treat the reasons for retracting manuscripts in the study of retraction papers. |
