      为充分调动编委会活力,《地球科学》编辑部运用松散耦合组织理论指导实践,以提升编委“身份认同感”“参与感”“成就感”“荣誉感”为目的开展了一系列探索性工作。结果显示,持续的编委身份提醒、明确的期刊目标、细化的期刊工作任务、持续的正向反馈和科学的晋升激励制度有利于激发编委的工作积极性。《地球科学》编辑部的理论创新指导《地球科学》《Journal of Earth Science》两刊的实践活动并推动了编委会建设,促进了两刊近年来的高质量发展。《地球科学》编辑部办刊实践表明,推动科技期刊高质量发展、培育世界一流科技期刊要坚持走创新理论引领实践的道路。
英文摘要:
      To fully mobilize the vitality of editorial board, the editorial office of Earth Science utilized the theory of loosely coupled organization to guide a series of exploratory and specific work aiming to enhance the editorial board’s sense of identity, participation, achievement, and honor. The results showed that continuous reminders of editorial board members’ identity, clear journal goals, detailed journal tasks, ongoing positive feedback, and a scientific promotion incentive system are conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm of the editorial board. The theoretical innovation of the editorial department of Earth Science has indeed guided the practical activities of the two journals and promoted the construction of the editorial board, contributing to the high-quality development of the two journals in recent years. The publishing practice of the editorial department of Earth Science indicates that advancing scientific journals further and cultivating world-class scientific journals also require adherence to the path of innovative theory leading practice.
