| 介绍重庆五九期刊社党支部深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神,切实增强政治功能和组织功能,充分发挥党建引领赋能保障作用,推动科技期刊实现高水平高质量发展的典型案例。在增强政治功能方面,党支部从服务国家重大战略需求、制定期刊发展战略、推动战略落地方面,把准期刊发展的政治方向。在增强组织功能方面,党支部从提升期刊内容质量、加强传播力建设、开展多元化运营和推进融合发展等方面,设立深度融合项目,并以党员为骨干,实施“揭榜挂帅”,不断提升科技期刊的品牌力、影响力。最后,对党建深度融入科技期刊运营的经验进行了总结。 |

| The work introduces a typical case of the Party Branch of Periodical Press, Southwest Institute of Technology and Engineering implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, effectively enhancing its political and organizational functions, and giving full play to the leading and empowering role of Party building to promote the high-level and high-quality development of sci-tech periodicals. In terms of enhancing political function, the Party branch identifies the political direction of periodical development by serving the national major strategic needs, formulating the periodical development strategy and promoting the strategy implementation. In terms of enhancing organizational functions, the Party branch has set up in-depth integration projects from the aspects of improving the quality of periodical content, strengthening the construction of dissemination power, carrying out diversified operations and promoting integrated development. With Party member as the backbone, it has implemented the “open competition mechanism for selecting the best candidates” to continuously enhance the brand power and influence of sci-tech periodicals. Finally, the experience of deeply integrating Party building into the operation of sci-tech periodicals is summarized. |
