      我国科技期刊普遍面临着编辑力量不足、办刊经费紧张、数字化转型困难、融媒体办刊人才匮乏等问题。为了解决这些问题,科技期刊编辑部急需尝试一种新的人才管理和工作组织方式来补充科技期刊办刊队伍,且须对这种方式进行系统总结分析。在分析招聘兼职青年编辑必要性的基础上,从青年科研人才资源、网络时代技术条件方面分析了招聘兼职青年编辑的可行性;从招募选拔、培训指导、管理激励、风险防范等方面探讨了招聘兼职青年编辑的关键节点。结合《地质科技通报》和其他期刊兼职青年编辑的实践,从协助提升期刊影响力、凝聚作者、促进青年学者成长等方面评价了编辑部招聘兼职青年编辑的效果,最后指出了招聘兼职青年编辑在专业素养、稳定性、管理和激励机制、风险防范等方面的局限性,并给出了相应对策。兼职青年编辑补充科技期刊办刊队伍是一种具有创新性和实用性的做法,它不仅可以为科技期刊补充办刊队伍、提供技术支持、协助提升期刊影响力,而且可以提升兼职青年编辑知识技能、拓展其经历视野,促进其学术成长。这种招聘兼职青年编辑方式的提出希望能够为科技期刊的发展和青年学者的共同成长提供一些参考和借鉴。

      China"s sci-tech journals faces problems such as insufficient editorial staff, tight funding for journals, difficulties in digital transformation, and a lack of talent for financial media publications. To solve these problems, the editorial department ofSsci-tech journals needs to trySa new talent management and work organization method to supplement the team of sci-tech journals, and this method should be systematically summarized and analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the necessity of recruiting part-time youth editors, the feasibility of recruiting part-time youth editors is analyzed from the aspects of young scientific research talent resources and the technical conditions of the internet era. Key nodes of part-time youth editors are discussed from the aspects of recruitment and selection, training guidance, management incentives, and risk prevention. Based on the practices of part-time youth editors of the Bulletin of Geological Science and Technology and other journals, the effect of recruiting part-time youth editors was evaluated from the aspects of helping to enhance the influence of the journals and cohesive authors and promoting the growth of young scholars. This paper highlights the limitations of the recruitment of part-time youth editors in terms of professionalism, stability, management and incentive mechanisms, and risk prevention and provides corresponding countermeasures. It is an innovative and practical approach for part-time youth editors to supplement the team of sci-tech journals, which can not only supplement the team of sci-tech journals, provide technical support and assist in improving the influence of journals but also enhance the knowledge and skills of part-time young editors, broaden their experience and horizons, and promote their academic growth. We hope that this method of recruiting part-time youth editors can provide some references for the development of sci-tech journals and the common growth of young scholars.
