| 本文聚焦科技期刊数字出版合作中的版权风险,综合调查并应用多来源数据资料,梳理我国科技期刊数字出版版权合作流程,分析合作中存在的风险与成因,提出对应的风险规制建议。研究发现,我国科技期刊数字出版合作主要存在著作权授权程序合规性不足、开放共享版权管理不规范、版权资源外流、版权资源滥用等风险,由此影响了我国科技期刊网络传播利用效能。本文从规范授权、立法与司法完善、创新合作模式等方面提出了具体的规制路径建议。 |

| This article focuses on copyright issues in the digital publishing cooperation of scientific and technological journals, by conducting comprehensive investigations and utilizing data from multiple sources, streamlining the copyright cooperation process of digital publishing of scientific and technological journals in China, analyze the types and causes of risks in cooperation, and propose risk regulation strategies. Research has found that digital publishing cooperation of scientific and technological journals in China mainly faces risks such as compliance with copyright authorization procedures, open and shared copyright management standards, outflow of copyright resources, and abuse of copyright resources. These risks affect the efficiency of online dissemination and utilization of scientific and technological journals in China. The article proposes specific regulatory strategy suggestions from the aspects of standardizing authorization, improving legislation and judiciary, and innovating cooperation models. |
