| 编辑团队建设是保持科技期刊生命力的重要保障,以党建引领科技期刊编辑团队建设既是落实党管人才的基本原则,也是推动期刊事业繁荣发展的必然要求。近年来,《地球科学》编辑部在党建引领编辑团队建设方面积累了一些经验,通过强化组织建设、优化考核评价、完善教育机制,自觉肩负起举旗帜、聚民心、育新人、兴文化、展形象的使命任务,不断推进党建和期刊工作深度融合,取得了良好成效。这些实践证明,以党建促进编辑团队建设,坚持党建与期刊工作同谋划、同部署、同落实,有助于为培育我国世界一流期刊提供坚实的人才储备。 |

| The construction of the editorial teams is an important guarantee to maintain the vitality of sci-tech journals. To lead the construction of the editorial teams of sci-tech journals by Party building is an inevitable requirement to implement the basic principle of personal work in the charge of the Party committee and promote the prosperity and development of the journals. In recent years, the editorial department of Earth Science has accumulated some experience in leading the construction of the editorial teams through strengthening the organizational construction, optimizing the assessment and evaluation, and improving the educational mechanism. It shoulders the mission and task of “holding the banner, gathering people’s hearts, educating new people, revitalizing culture, and displaying image” consciously and has achieved good results in promoting the deep integration between Party building and journal work constantly. These practices have proved that Party building to promote the construction of the editorial teams, and insisting on the plan, deployment, and implementation of Party building and journal work are conducive to providing strong talent support for cultivating world-class journals in China. |
