| 科技期刊的可持续发展既要守正,更要创新。本文结合中文科技期刊《电力系统自动化》的办刊实践,既总结了精心打造精品内容、推动科技成果转化、严守编校质量关、筑牢防范学术不端的“三道防线”、注重编委会的权威性和专业性等守正举措,又提出了形成可持续发展的期刊运营管理体系、打造立体式宣传平台、推动出版内容和工具的全数字化转型、探索数据共享出版新模式等创新做法。实践表明,守正创新的举措和做法有力推动了期刊的高质量发展,有效助力实现办成世界一流科技期刊的目标。 |

| The sustainable development of scientific and technological journals requires not only integrity but also innovation.This paper combines the publishing practices of the Chinese scientific and technological journal Automation of Electric Power Systems(AEPS) and summarizes the measures for publishing high-quality papers, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, strictly controlling the quality of editing and proofreading, building strong three defense lines against academic misconducts, and paying attention to the authority and professionalism of the editorial board. Then some innovative practices are proposed, including forming a sustainable management system for journal operation, creating a three-dimensional publicity platform, promoting the full digital transformation of publication contents and tools, and exploring new modes of data sharing and publishing.Practices have shown that the measures and practices of integrity and innovation have effectively promoted the high-quality development of AEPS, effectively helping to achieve the goal of becoming a world-class scientific and technological journal. |
