      为探究胜任力模型视域下科技期刊编辑职业素养的培养路径,本文采用基准性胜任力和鉴别性胜任力的划分标准,基于知识、技能、自我概念、特质和动机5项胜任力特征要素分层对比了由传统纸媒时代进入数网时代后科技期刊编辑职业素养需求的嬗变,并从人才评价制度、新时代科技期刊发展对编辑人才的要求、人才流动性增强、期刊发展环境变化4个方面剖析了嬗变的原因。结果表明,政策环境、服务平台、育人机制等在科技期刊编辑职业素养的培养方面发挥着重要作用;明确和细化职称评价标准、充分发挥行业学会的服务功能、优化主办和出版单位的育人机制等,是培养科技期刊编辑职业素养的有效途径。
英文摘要:
      This study aimed to explore the pathways to cultivate professionalism among editors of scientific journals from the analytical approach of the competency model. Using the division criteria of threshold and differentiating competencies, the study conducted a hierarchical comparison of professional requirements an editor would require in the traditional/paper media era and the digital/Internet era, in terms of knowledge, skills, self-concept, traits, and motivation. The reasons for the differences were then analyzed from the perspective of talent evaluation, editorial talent requirements for the development of science, increased talent mobility and technology journals in the new era, and changes in the journal development environment. The policy environment, service platform, and education mechanisms were found to play an important role in cultivating editors’ professionalism. Clarifying and refining the evaluation system of professional titles, giving full play to the service role of industrial associations, and optimizing the educational mechanisms of sponsoring and publishing units may effectively promote the professionalism of editors of scientific journals.
