| 为了解全球范围内水产学期刊网站伦理制度建设情况,弥补该领域研究空白,并比较国内外水产学期刊网站伦理制度建设的异同。以入选《世界期刊影响力指数(WJCI)报告(2023)》的57种国外期刊和中国水产期刊网收录的36种国内水产学期刊为研究对象,根据作者、编辑、审稿人、出版单位4类伦理规范相关方,并结合生成式人工智能(AI)相关的伦理问题,调查各期刊官网的伦理制度建设情况。研究发现,国内水产学期刊较WJCI收录的国外期刊的伦理意识较弱,国内外多数水产学期刊网站都存在内容不全的问题,而AI相关的伦理问题只受到了少部分国际出版集团旗下期刊的重视。多数水产学期刊网站伦理制度建设较为落后,需与国际接轨、完善内容、融入渔业科技伦理、提升更新速度,通过集群化建设进一步提升网站伦理制度的规范性和完整性。 |

| To understand the ethical construction on websites of fishery scientific journals globally, address the research gap in this field, and compare the similarities and differences between Chinese and foreign journals. This study investigated 57 international journals listed in the “World Journal Clout Index (WJCI) Report (2023)” and 36 domestic journals included in the China Aquatic Journal Network. The investigation focused on four main relevant aspects of ethical norm: authors, editors, reviewers, and publishing institutions, and combined with ethical issues related to artificial intelligence (AI). The study reveals that Chinese fishery scientific journals exhibit weaker ethical awareness compared to foreign journals. The websites of both Chinese and foreign journals commonly lack comprehensive ethical content, and AI-related ethical issues are only emphasized by a few journals owned by international publishing groups. The backwardness of ethical construction on the websites of fishery scientific journals is widespread. Websites of fishery scientific journals need to be in line with international standards, improve content, include fishery science ethics, speed up updating, and further enhance the standardization and integrity of the ehical norm through cluster construction. |
