| 为了研究中国科技期刊对国家重大科研项目的支撑作用,以增强国内科研工作者对国内科技期刊的信心和认可度,坚定文化自信,吸引更多的原创性成果发表在中国科技期刊上。本文聚焦国家重大科研项目北斗卫星导航系统(以下简称北斗系统)和国内相关科技期刊之间的良性发展关系,分析中国科技期刊对北斗系统发展的见证、传承与支撑,以及对北斗系统成果的传播与推广作用；通过数据和案例分析,研究科技期刊对北斗系统科技创新的引领作用,并对中国科技期刊建构面向科技创新的办刊模式进行了探讨。 |

| In order to study the supporting role of Chinese scientific and technological journals in major national scientific research projects, in order to enhance the confidence and recognition of domestic scientific research workers in domestic scientific and technological journals, strengthen cultural self-confidence, and attract more original achievements to be published in Chinese scientific and technological journals. This paper focuses on the benign development relationship between the Beidou Navigation Satellite System (hereinafter referred to as the Beidou System), a major national scientific research project, and related domestic scientific and technological journals, and analyzes the witness, inheritance and support of Chinese scientific and technological journals for the development of the Beidou system, as well as the dissemination and promotion of the achievements of the Beidou system. Through data and case analysis, this paper studies the leading role of scientific and technological journals in the scientific and technological innovation of the Beidou system, and discusses the construction of scientific and technological innovation oriented journals in China. |
