| 医学论文因其学科的特殊性和内容的宽泛性，使得编校难度较大。传统编校过程中存在工作效率低、重点不突出、重复劳动多、作者配合度不高、逻辑错误难以发现等问题。本研究以时间管理的四象限法为基础，结合编校工作中的实际问题，设计并优化了四象限审校表。该表将编辑与作者、编辑加工与校对环节结合起来，通过细化和标注论文中不同类型内容的编校要点，提升了编校效率和质量。以按篇使用和按块使用为例，探讨如何通过四象限审校表实现提高编校效率和积累编校素材。四象限审校表为医学论文的编校提供了结构化工具，未来将持续优化以应对不断演变的医学研究需求。 |

| The specificity of subject matter and breadth of content in medical papers make editing and proofreading particularly challenging.. Traditional editing methods face challenges such as low efficiency, lack of focus, repetitive work, poor author cooperation, and difficulty in detecting logical errors. This study, based on the Time Management Matrix, addresses practical issues in the editing process by designing and optimizing a Four-Quadrant Proofreading Checklist. This checklist effectively integrates the roles of editors and authors and the links between editing and proofreading, improving both editing efficiency and quality by detailing and marking key proofreading points for different types of content in the manuscript. Using examples of both individual paper and section-based approaches, this study explores how the Four-Quadrant Proofreading Checklist can enhance editing efficiency and accumulate editorial materials. The Four-Quadrant Proofreading Checklist provides a structured tool for medical paper editing, with plans for ongoing optimization to meet the evolving needs of medical research. |
