| Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage, and all walks of life have embarked on a new journey of high-quality development. As a publishing carrier to promote the integration of culture and science-technology, sci-tech journals have played an important role in cultural confidence and sci-tech innovation. In order to promote the high-quality development of sci-tech journals, it is the key to cultivate editors with correct ideological awareness, great thinking mode and multiple skills. This paper explains the connotation and responsibility of the versatile editors, proposes two thinking modes based on the circular chain of "cognition-thinking-behavior-result" and the golden circle rule, analyzes the four working skills, so as to give advice on cultivating high-quality editorial talents in the new era. |
