新媒体时代下,部分科普期刊面临着前所未有的经营危机。有些单位将原因简单归结为传统媒体存在传播方式上的固有劣势,因此盲目向新媒体转型,以求改善经营状况。本文以航空知识杂志社的具体实践出发,指出目前传统科普杂志社面临的问题,并非简单转向新媒体就能够解决,根本原因,更在于其团队中编辑的素质和能力无法适应新媒体时代的要求。提出只有建立和培养符合时代要求的编辑团队,才能迎接新媒体变革带来的机遇和挑战。本文对于编辑的素质要求进行总结归纳,并就编辑能力的培养方式给出具体办法。 |

In the era of new media, some popular science magazines are facing unprecedented operational crises. Some Magazine Presses simply attribute this issue to the inherent disadvantages of traditional media in terms of communication methods and blindly shift to new media in hopes of improving their business conditions. This article, based on the specific practices of the Aerospace Knowledge Magazine Press, points out that the problems currently faced by traditional popular science magazines cannot be resolved merely by transitioning to new media. The root cause lies in the fact that the quality and capabilities of the editors within these teams are unable to meet the demands of the new media era. It is proposed that only by establishing and cultivating an editorial team that meets the requirements of the times can they seize the opportunities and challenges brought by the new media transformation. This article summarizes the quality requirements for editors and provides specific methods for cultivating their abilities. |
