| 探究中国科学院科技期刊出版伦理规范化建设现状，为构建适用于我国的出版伦理规范体系提供参考。本文采用数据统计分析和内容分析方法，明确了中国科学院科技期刊出版伦理规范化建设的基本情况、出版伦理规范框架以及出版伦理失范行为调查与处理举措。现存问题包括科技期刊对出版伦理建设缺乏足够重视，围绕期刊出版全流程的伦理规范不完整，出版伦理失范行为调查处理缺乏规范性。科技期刊需要提升对出版伦理规范化建设的重视程度，建立全面系统的出版伦理规范体系，完善出版伦理失范行为的调查处理程序。 |

| This paper explores the current status of publication ethics standardization in scientific journals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) to provide references for constructing a publication ethics framework applicable to China. Using data statistical analysis and content analysis methods, this study identifies the basic status of publication ethics standardization in CAS journals, the framework of publication ethics norms, and the measures for investigating and handling publication ethics violations. Existing issues include insufficient attention to publication ethics by scientific journals, incomplete ethical norms covering the entire journal publishing process, and lack of standardization in investigating and addressing publication ethics violations. Scientific journals need to enhance their focus on publication ethics standardization, establish a comprehensive and systematic publication ethics framework, and improve procedures for investigating and handling publication ethics violations. |
