| Creating characteristic columns is an effective way to improve the influence of medical journals and realize the sustainable development of journals. The journal of “Radiology Practice” founded the first “Infectious Disease Imaging” column in China in 2010. More than ten years of practice results show that this column has effectively improved the academic value and social influence of the journal, promoted the improvement of the editor "s business ability, realized the common growth of columns, journals and related disciplines, and played a good role in promoting the development of journals. In this paper, the planning, practice and construction process of the “infectious disease imaging” column in this journal are analyzed in detail, aiming to provide reference for the management of characteristic columns of medical journals and promote the development of medical journals. |
