| 信任是学术信息交流的核心，科技期刊信任的第一步是发布内容经过同行评审，支持论点的可信度。网站、微信公众号、视频号等媒体上“碎片”化的信息通常缺乏同行评审的严谨性和可信度，但有更广泛的受众群体。因此，可以借助这些媒体功能，把经过同行评审的科技资源快速有效地传播到需求群体。本文以《电力系统自动化》为例，深度剖析了期刊“一体四翼”传媒体系架构，即以可信的期刊为“一体”，以期刊网站、微信公众号、学术会议、视频号集群平台为“四翼”，通过该传媒体系让可信的学术内容得到更广泛、快速的关注和应用，在碎片化的信息海洋里挑亮“学术可信灯”。最后，阐述了《电力系统自动化》“一体四翼”传媒体系的应用效果，以及科技期刊传媒体系传播效果的提升建议。 |

| Trust is the core of the academic information exchange. The first step of trust in scientific and technological journals is to publish content that has been peer-reviewed to support the credibility of the argument. The “fragmented” information on websites, WeChat public accounts, WeChat channels and other media usually lacks rigorous and trusted peer-review, but has a wider audience. Therefore, these media characteristics can be used to disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and technological resources quickly and effectively to targeted audiences. Taking the academic journal Automation of Electric Power Systems as an example, this paper deeply investigates the architecture of the “one-body and four-wings” media promotion scheme, which comprises the trusted scientific and technological journal as “one body”, and the journal website, WeChat public account, academic conference, and video media group platform as “four winds”. This paper then describes how to attract more extensive and rapid attention and application of the credible academic content by using this scheme, to illuminate the “academic integrity light” in the ocean of fragmented information. Finally, the application effects of “one-body and four-wings” media promotion scheme of Automation of Electric Power Systems and improvement suggestions of media promotion scheme for scientific and technological journals are proposed. |
