| 随着开放获取期刊（Open Access Journal）的发展，其质量控制问题逐渐凸显，尤其是掠夺性期刊（Predatory Journal）的出现且对学术生态带来了不可忽视的负面影响。本文拟立足于当前开放获取进程不断发展的现实背景对掠夺性期刊的相关研究和学界动态进行了调研与整理，进一步梳理其历史沿革，明晰了掠夺性期刊的特征和内涵，深入探讨了掠夺性期刊的泛滥式发展对学术出版、科研人员、学术生态等造成的深远危害，并针对出版商、政府有关部门、高等学校、科研院所、科研人员乃至整个科学共同体提出具体的防治措施。以期为各方警惕掠夺性期刊泛滥式发展，共同净化学术生态提供理论参考。 |

| With the development of Open Access Journals， the issue of quality control for OA journals has gradually come to the fore. In particular， the emergence of Predatory Journals has had a non-negligible negative impact on the academic ecosystem. Based on the current realistic background of the continuous development of the open access process， this paper conducts research and collation on the relevant studies and academic trends of predatory journals. It further combs through their historical evolution， clarifies the characteristics and connotations of predatory journals， and deeply explores the profound harm caused by the rampant development of predatory journals to academic publishing， researchers， the academic ecosystem， etc. In addition， specific preventive control measures are proposed for publishers， relevant government departments， universities， research institutions， researchers， and even the entire scientific community. It is expected to provide a theoretical reference for all parties to be vigilant against the rampant development of predatory journals and jointly purify the academic ecosystem. |
