| 向专家组稿是获取优秀稿源、提升学术期刊影响力的重要途径和方法。学术期刊在组稿过程中，难免出现组稿稿件问题较多且未达到送审要求的情况，成为责任编辑非常棘手的问题。笔者结合长期组稿的实践，总结归纳出五类问题来稿，并提出“首创为先”、“规范为要”、“内容为王”和“创新为本”四项应对原则，同时给出相应的应对建议。 |

| The expert team's contribution is an important approach and method for obtaining excellent articles and enhancing the influence of academic journals. During the process of compiling articles，it is inevitable that some articles do not meet the submission requirements，which poses a significant challenge for editors. Based on practical experience，this paper summarizes five types of compiled articles that do not meet the submission requirements，and proposes four basic response principles of "innovation as the priority"，"standardization as the key"，"content as the king"，and "innovation as the foundation"，as well as classified response suggestions. |
