中文摘要:

为促进中国农业科技期刊发展,对中国特色世界一流农业科技期刊体系内涵、构成及建设策略进行了探讨。刊载的内容质量一流,传播具有中国独特优势的农业科研成果,服务于中国农业科技发展与农业强国建设,是中国特色世界一流农业期刊的内涵。结合我国农业期刊体系现状,提出建设学科组成、期刊类别、办刊语种等平衡布局,无明显发展短板的中国特色世界一流农业期刊体系。主要的建设策略为:注重有特色和学科优势的农业期刊建设,重视技术类、科普类农业期刊的发展,重视中文及小语种农业期刊的培育等；在路径上需从出版平台、评价体系、人才队伍等方面增强相应力量。

英文摘要:

To foster the advancement of Chinese agricultural science and technology journals, this article delves into the essence, structural framework, and construction strategy of world-class agricultural science and technology journals that embody Chinese characteristics. The core of such journals lies in publishing high-quality content, disseminating agricultural science and technology achievements with China’s distinctive advantages, and supporting China’s agricultural science and technology industry as well as the ambition to build a powerful agricultural nation. Taking into account the current landscape of agricultural journals in China, this study proposes a balanced and comprehensive system of world-class agricultural journals with Chinese characteristics. This system is characterized by a well-rounded disciplinary composition, diverse journal categories, and a multilingual approach to publication, devoid of any notable developmental deficiencies. The construction strategies encompass:prioritizing the establishment of unique agricultural journals with disciplinary strengths, emphasizing the growth of technical and popular science agricultural journals, and nurturing agricultural journals in Chinese and minority languages. Additionally, it is recommended to enhance the system’s development through strengthening the publication platform, refining the evaluation system, and fostering a talented team along this path.
