| 科学家精神是科技工作者在长期实践中形成的宝贵财富，体现了爱国、创新、求实、奉献、协同、育人的核心价值观。高校学报作为科研成果的重要传播平台，在发扬科学家精神、促进学术创新、培养青年科技人才方面具有独特的使命与责任。本文结合《电子科技大学学报》的发展实践，通过分析林为干的个人经历和学术贡献，探讨高校学报如何传承科学家精神，推动学术发展和人才培养，提出构建面向世界科技前沿、面向国家重大需求的高校学报发展路径，为新时代高校学报发扬科学家精神提供借鉴。 |

| The spirit of scientists is a valuable legacy formed through long-term practice by scientific and technological workers, embodying the core values of patriotism, innovation, pragmatism, dedication, collaboration, and education. University journals, as important platforms for disseminating research achievements, hold the unique mission and responsibility in promoting the spirit of scientists, fostering academic innovation, and nurturing young scientific talents. By examining the development practices of the Journal of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and analyzing Lin Weigan’s personal experiences and academic contributions, this paper explores how university journals can leverage the spirit of scientists to drive academic progress and talent cultivation. It proposes development pathways for university journals to align with global scientific frontiers and address national strategic needs, offering insights into fostering the spirit of scientists in university journals in the new era. |
