| Scientific and technical journals, serving as pivotal platforms for disseminating research outcomes and facilitating academic communication, are confronted with unprecedented management challenges due to the escalating complexity of academic misconduct and information security threats. The incorporation of robust risk management mechanisms substantially elevates journal management efficiency and credibility by addressing internal governance structures, refining publishing processes, and fostering a positive academic culture. By establishing dynamic systems for risk identification and control, these mechanisms effectively curtail instances of plagiarism, data fabrication, and authorship irregularities, while simultaneously reducing the potential for sensitive information breaches. Furthermore, the adoption of multi-faceted and diversified strategies offers institutional safeguards, ensuring the sustainable development of journals. This, in turn, contributes to the establishment of a high-quality academic ecosystem and promotes innovation-driven scientific progress. The scientific and systematic advancement of risk management practices within scientific journals is paramount for enhancing the quality of academic publishing and bolstering international competitiveness. |
