| 在从传统媒体话语向数字媒体话语转换过程中,我国科技期刊在数字集群、数字基建、资源嫁接、流程规范等方面实现了一定程度的数字化进阶。但同世界发达国家相比,我国科技期刊数字平台建设仍存在资源集约能力有限、技术人才供给不足、品牌牵动能力孱弱、传播话语式微等问题,深受传统媒体话语的羁绊与影响。进入新媒体时代,科技期刊要在集群化发展、复合型技术人才锻造、品牌效应提升以及引入创新技术等方面下功夫,持续加强数字平台建设,掌握知识、技术、商业、传播等实践领域的话语权。 |

| During the transition from traditional to digital media discourse, Chinese science and technology journals have achieved a notable level of digital progression in areas such as digital clustering,infrastructure,resource integration,process standardization,and more. Nonetheless, when benchmarked against developed nations globally, the construction of digital platforms for sci-tech periodicals in China encounters several challenges, including constrained resource intensification capabilities, a scarcity of technical talent, limited brand influence, and weakened communication discourse. These issues are deeply ingrained and influenced by the legacy of traditional media discourse. As we enter the new media era, science and technology journals must endeavor to foster cluster development, cultivate versatile technical talent, amplify brand impact, and incorporate innovative technologies. These efforts should aim at continually fortifying the construction of digital platforms and securing a prominent voice in knowledge, technology, business, communication, and other practical domains. |
