| 科技期刊作为知识传播与学术交流的重要载体,在新质生产力时代亟须进行全方位的变革,以赋能科技创新并提升其服务能力和竞争力。本文以新质生产力为研究视角,探讨科技期刊转型升级的现实选择、理论逻辑与实施路径。科技期刊面临平台化、集群化、媒体融合与开放科学转型需求,需通过强化跨界合作、优化运营模式、构建知识内容生产链及开放生态,打造适应中国式现代化的新型科技期刊。在此基础上,本文阐释新质生产力赋能科技期刊的核心要素,包括利用数智技术作为生产工具、培育数智技能为核心的新型劳动者,以及打造以数据要素为中心的新型劳动对象。本文还提出创新科技期刊管理思维、重塑数智化流程、推动差异化发展及培养创新型编辑人才的具体实施路径,为科技期刊的高质量转型、培育世界一流科技期刊提供理论支撑与实践参考。 |

| As an important carrier of knowledge dissemination and academic communication,sci-tech journals need to undergo all-round changes in the era of new quality productivity to empower scientific and technological innovation and enhance their service capacity and competitiveness.This paper takes new quality productive forces(NQPF) as the research perspective to explore the realistic choice, theoretical logic and implementation path of transformation and upgrading of sci-tech journals.sci-tech journals are faced with the transformation needs of platformization, clustering, media integration and open science, and they need to build a new type of sci-tech journal adapted to Chinese modernization by strengthening cross-border cooperation, optimizing the operation mode, and constructing a knowledge content production chain and an open ecology.On this basis, this paper explains the core elements of new quality productivity empowering sci-tech journals, including the use of digital technology as a production tool, the cultivation of new types of laborers with digital skills at the core, and the creation of new types of labor objects centered on data elements.Finally, this paper puts forward the specific implementation paths of innovating the management thinking of sci-tech journals, reshaping the digital-intelligent process, promoting the differentiated development, and cultivating innovative editorial talents, so as to provide theoretical support and practical references for the high-quality transformation of sci-tech journals. |
