| 科学家精神是科技工作者在长期实践中形成的宝贵财富,体现了爱国、创新、求实、奉献、协同、育人的核心价值观。高校学报作为科研成果的重要传播平台,在发扬科学家精神、促进学术创新、培养青年科技人才方面具有独特的使命与责任。本文结合《电子科技大学学报》的发展实践,通过分析林为干院士的个人经历和学术贡献,探讨高校学报如何传承科学家精神,推动学术发展和人才培养,提出构建面向世界科技前沿、面向国家重大需求的高校学报发展路径,为新时代高校学报发扬科学家精神提供借鉴。 |

| The spirit of scientists constitutes an invaluable heritage, cultivated over extended periods by those engaged in scientific and technological endeavors, and encapsulates the quintessential values of patriotism, innovation, pragmatism, dedication, collaboration, and education. University journals, serving as pivotal platforms for disseminating research accomplishments, bear a distinctive mission and obligation to propagate the scientist’s spirit, nurture academic innovation, and cultivate promising young scientific talents. This paper delves into the mechanisms through which university journals can harness the scientist’s spirit to propel academic advancement and talent development, by scrutinizing the evolution of the Journal of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and examining Academician LIN Weigan’s personal journey and scholarly contributions. Furthermore, it puts forth strategies for university journals to align with global scientific advancements and address national strategic imperatives, providing valuable insights into fostering the scientist’s spirit within university journals in the contemporary era. |
